Lead Teachers guide classroom routines, support children’s development, and help create engaging learning experiences through planned activities and daily interaction. This role works closely with other staff members to maintain a positive classroom environment and build strong communication with families. Lead Teachers play an important role in helping children learn, explore, and grow in a safe and supportive setting.
Lead Teacher - Requirements
- Certificate or degree in Early Childhood Education
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hiring)
- Ability to lead classroom routines and support lesson planning
- Strong communication with parents, children, and staff
- Team-oriented, dependable, and supportive of the center team
- Background check required
- Preferred: Ability to drive for student pickup and drop-off
Assistant Teachers support the classroom by helping with daily routines, activities, and supervision while working alongside the Lead Teacher. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with children, communicates well with others, and wants to grow in early childhood education. Assistant Teachers help maintain a positive learning environment and provide dependable support to both children and staff throughout the day.
Assistant Teacher - Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete ongoing state-required training each year
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hiring)

- Enjoy working with children in a childcare setting

Our Cook helps prepare meals and snacks for children while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. This role supports the day-to-day needs of the center by helping ensure children are served food on schedule and that kitchen practices follow proper cleanliness and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a childcare environment.
