We’re Hiring

  • Lead Teachers guide classroom routines, support children’s development, and help create engaging learning experiences through planned activities and daily interaction. This role works closely with other staff members to maintain a positive classroom environment and build strong communication with families. Lead Teachers play an important role in helping children learn, explore, and grow in a safe and supportive setting.

    Lead Teacher - Requirements

    • Certificate or degree in Early Childhood Education
    • CPR certification (can be obtained after hiring)
    • Ability to lead classroom routines and support lesson planning
    • Strong communication with parents, children, and staff
    • Team-oriented, dependable, and supportive of the center team
    • Background check required
    • Preferred: Ability to drive for student pickup and drop-off
