Our Enrollment Process

Enrolling your child at Red Trolleys Daycare is designed to be simple and straightforward for families. Our team works closely with parents to ensure that our program is the right fit for each child and that families feel confident throughout the enrollment process. From scheduling a tour to completing the required forms, we guide families through each step so they know exactly what to expect.

Step 1 – Schedule a Tour

The first step in enrolling your child is scheduling a visit to Red Trolleys Daycare. During your tour, families can meet the director and teachers, explore the classrooms, and learn more about our programs and daily routines. This visit gives parents the opportunity to ask questions and see firsthand how children learn, play, and grow in our nurturing environment.

Step 2 – Complete the Enrollment Application

Once you decide that Red Trolleys Daycare is the right fit for your family, the next step is completing the enrollment application. Parents will provide basic information about their child, including contact details, emergency contacts, and family information. Some forms may also be completed through our parent communication platform, Playground, which helps families stay connected with the center.

Step 3 – Submit Required Documents

Before enrollment can be finalized, families must submit the required documentation. This typically includes the completed enrollment form, immunization records (Georgia Form 3231), and other required paperwork. For infants, parents will also complete an Infant Feeding Plan to ensure caregivers follow the child's feeding schedule and dietary needs while at the center.

Step 4 – Registration & Enrollment Confirmation

Once all required documents are received, families will complete the registration process. Red Trolleys Daycare requires a non-refundable annual registration fee of $60 to secure enrollment. After registration is complete, families will receive confirmation of their child's placement and classroom assignment based on their age group.

Step 5 – Prepare for Your Child's First Day

After enrollment is confirmed, families will receive information to help prepare for their child's first day at the center. Parents can review daily schedules, classroom routines, and important policies found in the parent handbook. Our staff will work closely with families to help children transition comfortably into their new classroom environment.

Tuition and Availability

Tuition at Red Trolleys Daycare varies depending on your child's age and the program they are enrolled in. The center offers care for infants, toddlers, preschool, Pre-K, and school-age children, with full-time and before-and-after-school options available. Because availability may change throughout the year, families are encouraged to contact the center directly to learn about current openings and tuition rates.

Red Trolleys Daycare participates in CAPS (Childcare and Parent Services), a program that helps eligible families receive financial assistance with child care costs.
